Getting Started with Fast Five App

A quick guide to help you get the most out of the app.

What This App Does

Fast Five App lets you rank your top five picks across a variety of Topics — and see how your choices compare with everyone else's.

Browse Categories, explore Topics, read comments, and check out the global leaderboard anytime — no account required. To submit your own rankings or join the comment conversation, just create a free account and verify your email.

How to Rank

1. From the Ranks screen, choose a Category and then a Topic — or find a Topic from the Discover tab, which opens it on the Ranks screen ready to rank.
2. Tap "Start!" under Your Ranks (or "Add/Change" to update existing picks).
3. Add Items from the suggestions list, or search for more.
4. Drag to reorder your picks — first place gets 5 points, second gets 4, and so on down to 1.
5. Tap "Done" to save. Your scores feed into the global leaderboard.

Navigation

Use the tabs at the bottom of the screen to switch between Discover, Ranks, Comments, and Support. Discover is where you search for Topics, Browse by Category, and see the Most Popular and Newest Topics; Ranks is where you pick a Category and Topic to build your top five. Tap the profile icon (top-right) to sign in or manage your account.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create an account?

Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner, enter your email and a password, then set your display name. You'll receive a verification email — verify it to unlock rankings.

What are Categories and Topics?

Categories group related Topics. For example, a "Favorites" Category might contain Topics like "Colors" or "Restaurants." Pick a Category, then pick a Topic to see its leaderboard and start ranking.

How is scoring calculated?

Your #1 pick earns 5 points, #2 earns 4, down to #5 earning 1 point. Everyone's scores are added together to produce the global leaderboard.

Do I need an account to browse?

No. You can browse Categories, Topics, comments, and the global leaderboard without signing in. A verified account is needed to submit your own rankings or post comments.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: tap the profile icon, scroll down to Account Maintenance, and tap "Delete Account." You'll need to confirm your password and acknowledge that the deletion is permanent. The process removes your sign-on user, display names, identifying information, and your personal data.

If you've already uninstalled the app: email support@fastfive.online from your account's email address and request account deletion. We'll process your request within 30 days.

What are the rules for comments?

Keep it constructive — no abusive, hateful, or unlawful content. The app automatically prevents restricted words from being used in display names and posts, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break the rules (see our Terms of Service). If you see something that doesn't belong, report it to support@fastfive.online and we'll review it promptly.
